Yogalarocca was founded by Naomi. Driven by a deep curiosity about healing and the connection between body, breath, and mind.
With over 550 hours of training in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, alongside Reiki and meditation studies, Naomi has dedicated the past years to exploring how conscious movement can strengthen not only the body, but also the nervous system and inner resilience.
Her teaching style combines dynamic, intelligent sequencing with breath awareness and grounding stillness. With a special focus on strength, back health, and sustainable movement, she creates practices that are both powerful and supportive.
For Naomi, yoga is more than physical exercise, it is a way to build stability, clarity, and balance in everyday life.
Through Yogalarocca, she shares movement as a pathway back to center — accessible from anywhere, designed to support long-term wellbeing and inner strength.
