This practice builds strength in the arms, legs, core, and back while improving stability, flexibility, and coordination. The flowing sequences also support cardiovascular health and help release tension from daily stress.

By synchronizing breath and movement, Vinyasa brings focus and mental clarity, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

Meditation & Yin Yoga is a slow and calming practice that helps you unwind and reconnect. Guided meditation is combined with longer-held Yin postures that gently stretch the deeper tissues, supporting flexibility, mobility, and balance.

The quiet, meditative pace calms the nervous system, releases tension, and invites deep relaxation. Through stillness, breath, and mindful awareness, you are guided into a state of ease.

You will leave the practice feeling grounded, restored, and at peace.

Yang to Yin is a balanced yoga practice that combines strength and softness in one class. It begins with an active Yang flow that builds heat, boosts energy, and strengthens the body through breath-led movement.

The practice then shifts into Yin, where longer-held postures gently open the deeper tissues and invite stillness.

This combination of dynamic movement and deep relaxation leaves you feeling strong, calm, and perfectly balanced.
